More time for the work
worth recognizing.
The chapter recognition platform that brings submissions, judging, and results together. Less chasing paperwork. More celebrating what your chapters do.
Built for chapter programs, their people, and all the details in between.

Made for the way
chapter programs work.
A great program shouldn’t
run on follow-up emails.
Give every submission a home, every judge a clear brief, and every chapter a way to see what’s next.
Make the expectations clear.
Bring your rubric, evidence requirements, and deadlines into one program. Chapters know what to do and where it belongs.
Keep the work moving.
Students gather evidence. Advisers give it a once-over. Judges review against the rubric, with feedback right beside the work.
Give the effort its due.
Let scores roll up against your program’s rules. Review the results, see how points were earned, and publish when you’re ready.
A place for everyone
to do their best work.
Connected workspaces for the people who make recognition happen.
The whole program. A clearer picture.
Set the rubric, organize your chapters, and see what needs attention. Your program’s rules have a home everyone can work from.

Less “where do I send this?”
Give advisers and students one place for activities, evidence, and deadlines. Students prepare their work; advisers review it before it reaches the judges.

Everything they need to make the call.
Put the submission, scoring guidance, and feedback together. Judges can focus on the work in front of them and move through their assigned queue.

Have a program-specific question?
We’d be glad to talk
Who is Bay Laurel built for?
Bay Laurel is built for chapter-based organizations running recognition programs: state associations, career and technical student organizations (CTSOs), and teams managing Chapter of the Year or similar awards. It connects program staff, chapter advisers, students, and judges.
Can we use our existing rubric?
You can configure sections, activities, evidence fields, point values, and award tiers to reflect your program. Bring your current rubric to the demo. We’ll walk through how your requirements fit, including any unusual scoring rules.
Do students submit directly to judges?
Student submissions go to an adviser for approval before they reach judges. Advisers can also prepare and submit work directly. Each role has its own workspace and permissions.
How do deadlines and late submissions work?
Set deadlines for a section or individual activity, with the program’s time zone kept consistent. You can configure grace windows and late-credit rules. Submission timing and the applied late credit are recorded with the work.
Can we control when chapters see scores?
Yes. Choose whether chapters see running totals, individual item scores, or results only after publication. You control when the numbers become part of the chapter experience.
What does it cost to use Bay Laurel?
Let’s start with your program. Book a demo or email us with your chapter count, recognition cycles, and requirements so we can discuss fit and pricing together.
